Pronounced chili-bar, meaning Amber, this dry white wine is made from organically grown Panonia grapes from our own vineyards. Cilibar goes well with pork, lamb, fowl in white sauces, blue fish and strong cheeses. It goes well with Asian and spicy cousine. It is best served at 9C - 11C. Up to 1.000 bottles per year are produced.
